On Being Humble

There will be limited change in the world unless we are humble and kind. We cannot create a better world with a closed mind or heart. We must embrace that our differences are our beauty not our shame.

The greatest skill we must develop is our ability to persevere through the negativity of others- family, friends or general society. The more we hear we are not right as we truly are should only motivate and confirm that we are authentically on the right path. Your behavior can be judged and if we are humble and kind we can do no wrong.

Practice positive behavior, but live your identity with fidelity. If your identity is judged, it is the weakness of others and their attribute to work on. Our only requirement is to not hide who we are because it is only then that we have cheated ourselves and the world of clarity. It is debilitating when others reject us, especially those who should be unconditional, so we must rely on the sea of people who see us, hear us and accept us.
